Terms and Conditions for desert phantom photography

1. Introduction
Welcome to Desert Phantom Photography,. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services Provided
We offer professional photography services, including but not limited to event photography, portraits, and commercial shoots. Details of each service will be agreed upon in writing before the shoot.

3. Booking and Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee. The remaining balance is due on or before the scheduled photography session. We accept payments via cash, check or card.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session by providing written notice at least 14 days before the scheduled date. If canceled less than 14 days in advance, the deposit is forfeited.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights
All photos captured by Desert Phantom Photography are protected by copyright laws. We retain the rights to all images and may use them for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use the images for personal or business purposes as agreed.

6. Image Delivery
Edited images will be delivered within 4 weeks of the shoot via email, if in digital format or physical productions will be shipped. We will communicate any potential delays as soon as possible.

7. Liability
We are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from the use of our services. In the unlikely event of equipment failure or other unforeseen circumstances preventing the shoot, liability is limited to the refund of payments received.

8. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will take effect upon posting on our website.
